SUP Yoga

SUP Yoga: SUP Yoga classes are taught by Gabriella Borges of & Flow Yoga.  

SUP Yoga is taught on very stable paddle boards and is great for all levels of yoga students from beginners to advanced.  No experience on paddleboards is needed!

Gabriella’s mission is to always hold a safe space where anyone from new to experienced yoga practitioners can come to grow within their practice. She is committed to providing all of the tools and guidance that will facilitate students in becoming the best versions of themselves through self-exploration.
