SUP Brunch

SUP Brunch: Similar to our popular “SUP Breakfast” but for the late risers.  You’d of better called yourself in sick at this point.

All brunch are packaged to go, and include:

  • A banana or an orange
  • Drink (OJ, Cranberry Juice, Bottled Water, Hot Coffee or Hot Tea)
  • And your Breakfast item

Your brunch item choices:

  • Egg White Quiche (spinach, bell pepper, red onion, asparagus, and feta cheese)
  • Egg or Egg White Burrito (salsa, sour cream, cheddar cheese, in a whole wheat wrap)
  • Egg or Egg White Veggie Omelet (tomato, bell pepper, spinach, red onion, zucchini, cheddar or Swiss cheese)
  • Breakfast Sandwich (Egg or egg white, bacon or pork roll or sautéed spinach, cheddar or Swiss cheese, on a toasted bagel or brioche roll)
  • Yogurt Parfait (Greek vanilla yogurt, granola, strawberries, blueberries, and honey)

SUP Brunch with instructor: 1 hour 15 minutes

Includes lesson and all equipment.  All ages all abilities welcome.
