Two years ago, I made a decision to reclaim my mental and physical health. I was in rough shape—overweight, lacking energy, and frustrated. Within just three months, I completely transformed my body, achieving nearly 20% muscle gains and going from a 36” waist to a lean 32”. And I did it without GLP-1 blockers, semaglutide, or other medications like Ozempic or Wegovy.
How? I combined resistance training, cardio, strategic diet tweaks, and targeted supplements. I tracked every detail, monitored my progress through journaling, and dialed in what worked through research and persistence.
