Coach With Chris

This is not a one-size-fits-all fitness program.

Coaching With Chris is a fully customized one-on-one virtual coaching experience designed around your personal goals, performance goals, and life goals.

Together we focus on:

  • Discipline
  • Nutrition
  • Biohacking
  • Smart training
  • Building confidence, strength, and clarity

How It Works

This is a 2-week coaching program that includes:

  • 6 virtual one-on-one sessions
  • 15–20 minutes per session
  • 3 check-ins per week for 2 weeks

All coaching sessions take place through Google Meet.

After purchasing, participants will receive a code similar to our class package system that can be redeemed to schedule available virtual coaching time slots.

Sessions are nonrefundable if missed. Accountability is part of the process.

Availability

Virtual coaching sessions are available all summer long on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at the following times:

  • 7:30 AM
  • 7:50 AM
  • 8:10 AM
  • 8:30 AM
  • 1:30 PM
  • 1:50 PM
  • 4:30 PM
  • 4:50 PM
  • 5:10 PM

Before You Begin

Participants must agree to:

  • Take a baseline mirror photo wearing a bathing suit before starting
  • Take another progress photo at the end of the 2-week program

This is about honesty, accountability, and tracking real progress.
